Seasoned with Paprika & Herbs de Provence, Cooked to Medium. May be brought up to desired temperature at home at 400 degrees. 

(bone weighs about 3-4oz each when estimating weight. Each chop is about 12oz average with bone)

Add shallot white wine pan sauce, Beurre Blanc or Cognac Green Peppercorn Sauce as accompaniment a la carte
